It can already be done in the WP backend and even includes auto saves. It seems like if that information could be moved to the frontend it would achieve what you're looking for. Good idea.</p> <p>Right now the plan for an overview page is to just list all of the recent activity. Beyond that, what kind of information would you like to see on a summary page? Keep in mind that it needs to be flexible enough for users of just about any project to find useful.</p> <p>Members will certainly be supported (in the sense that <em>any</em> plugin will be).
