Hybrid doesn't currently "support" BuddyPress, so there aren't any hooks you could use.

I'm pretty sure you just need to edit the single profile template and insert whatever you want into the navigation.

However, I know that Hybrid will eventually support BP, so I'm waiting for that before I do any heavy development on Hybrid and BP together.

Hi - have been playing around with your great child theme - Malleable with Buddypress. I am trying to work out how to combine the BP Profile screens with information on users' posts e.g. the buddypress pages have an object nav bar with Profile, Activity, Messages, Friends etc
What I'd like to do is add Posts to this bar or add a widget showing that user's posts. I am a novice at PHP but I am learning fast! Is there a way to use Hybrid's Hook fucntions to display a users posts on the BP Profile page? Also where is the BP Profile page? I can't seem to find the file?!
Any pointers are welcome. Thanks!

I didn't build a Tertiary widget area. If you'd like to add it you'd need to copy the code from Hybrid News and tailor it to Malleable.

Malleable is its own theme. It took inspiration from Hybrid News, but I didn't carry over everything.

Dear Patrick..

I need Malleable on 3 column.. strangely I can't find Tertiary Widget area on malleable...
Only Primary and Secondary exist on the Sidebar..when I use Hybrid News, Tertiary Widget area is Back and everything is fine.

So how to make Tertiary Widget area show up on Malleable?

Regards

In order to run Hybrid 0.7+ you need to be using WordPress 2.9+. Just upgrade and you'll be all set.

Last night I installed the Hybrid theme and then the Full-Site theme to my new Wordpress installation. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to activate the Hybrid theme first or not, but when I clicked on Preview, it was all white anyway. Then after I tried to activate the Full-Site theme, my pages went completely white/blank and I could no longer even access the backend admin panel for my Wordpress install! I found that VERY weird! I contacting my hosting support and they told me that they are seeing the following error message:

According to the CGI error log, we generated the below error while accessing your website at the URL http://apexkiwanis.org/site/ .

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: add_theme_support() in /hermes/web07/b233/moo.apexkiwanis/site/wp-content/themes/hybrid/library/extensions/get-the-image.php on line 22.

Can anybody provide support to me for this?
Thanks!

I haven't used Shopp extensively with Hybrid, but I have installed it and it seems to work just fine. It shouldn't have any problem integrating anyway, but you never know till you try.

I'm a big fan of Hybrid and child themes. Does anyone know if the Shopp plugin is compatible or are there any other options to enable a shopping cart on a theme Hybrid based site.
