Edit the height appropriately and change the name of the file to your new one. The height will need to be 40 pixels shorter than your image (because of the padding).</p> <p>I would advise to make the logo separate from the background image. Otherwise it won't be clickable. So just save it with a transparent background as a <code>PNG</code>.
